De. Ja. Ephen. Vu!

Chances are, you’re here because you already know what’s happening. I know hundreds of you. I’ve done work for you. Maybe 50 of you already know what’s happening and have already decided whether or not you’re interested in doing it again.

The rest of you, are wondering when I’ll get to the ephen point; if you haven’t already stopped reading, that is.

My name is Stephen Zarra and I design custom graphics and wrap vehicles and accessories of all shapes and sizes.

I’ve been rather MIA for around a year now, having made my first appearance at a race track since the final AFM round of 2017 just last month. I’ve been laying vinyl the entire time and designing logos and graphics for people as time permitted. But I stayed under the radar while I did it. I kept an Instagram page active and posted my latest works as I saw fit. I spent all of that time preparing for this moment. Paperwork, notes, books, videos, tutorials, practice, practice, practice, and a little more ephen practice.

Go figure, all of that work and here I am at the last second writing some cheesy blog post as if it makes my public launch of the website and company brand more “official” than a simple post on social media that says, “Hey! Come take a look!”

It’s funny though, because this all feels so familiar. I’ve done all of this before. The format is a bit different. The motivation is different. But the idea is the same. The passion is the same. And the goal, is the same.

Really, I should have named the company Deja Vu Designs. But that wasn’t ephen good enough… I needed to think long and hard about this one. I needed to really put myself into this brand and let my personality show.

This time, I needed something bold. I needed something clean. I needed something strong. And, of course, I needed something with some humor that people would remember.

This time, I also needed to make sure I did not corner myself into one trade or industry. You see, I can’t operate like that. My creativity takes many forms and spans across a multitude of canvases and styles. I am always trying new styles and constantIy looking to learn how to do new things and ultimately do ephen more.

How do you encompass that diversity and with something that shows perseverance and growth while still incorporating a little bit of humor?

With a little bit of ephen creativity, that’s how! It’s the only way. The name calls to me. It plays off of my name; yet somehow is always pronounced correctly, unlike my name. It also keeps the type of art I like to do open to whatever my muse is on that given day.

So there it is. Welcome to Ephen Creations, and thank you for following along as I continue to find new ways to make a fool of myself and open the door for your judgement.
